DIY Balloon Kits

Turnaround Time

All DIY Balloon Kits are hand-packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your item ships. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3–6 business days due to high order volume.


We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery for your event.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or service interruptions.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because DIY Balloon Kits contain party supply items that cannot be restocked once shipped, all sales are final.

However, we want you to have the perfect experience. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We are happy to offer:

  • A replacement of the damaged/incorrect items, or

  • A store credit if a replacement is not available.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened, used, or partially assembled kits.

  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been processed or shipped.

Holiday Season Delays

Due to increased demand and carrier congestion, both processing and shipping times may be longer during November–December. We strongly encourage customers to order early to avoid delays.
While we do our absolute best to ship promptly, carrier delays during peak season are outside our control.
