PICKUP

• Pickup is FREE

• Pickup will take place on agreed upon days and times at our office location. You will receive the address upon ordering.

• We will email you to confirm which date you are picking up.

• We will email you to confirm your exact time within the timeframe of your date.

• Select “pickup” during check out and it will give you the address once you have purchased your grab & go garland

• If you do NOT pickup your garland in time, you do NOT get a refund. You can try to coordinate another time for pickup based upon our teams availability, but there are no promises that you will receive your garland if you do not pickup during the allocated pickup time.

• You must book ten days before your preferred pickup date

DELIVERY

• Delivery is $25.99 and ONLY for residents in Tallahassee, FL

• Once you enter your address, the delivery option will become available for you.

• DELIVERY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO YOU UNTIL YOU ENTER YOUR ADDRESS.

• It is set to only offer the delivery option to Tallahassee, FL addresses so your address must be entered in the shipping section.

• We will email you to confirm which date and time you would like your balloon garland delivered.

• Delivery does NOT include set up.
